Poor customer service! The Grubhub system is new to all of us, so we are learning it together. There was no option to add whip cream to my drink on the menu, so I put it under instructions. As I entered the building, the lady yelled at me in front of other customers. Her request almost made me feel like I shouldn't enter. Such disrespect! I have been a regular customer for almost 6 years. I won't step foot in this place again.
