Super cute place. Typically for LA, a bit overpriced. The staff was very hospitable. I chose the yogurt and granola and my boyfriend had the breakfast burrito. Both were satisfying. Very cute place with good coffee.

Zeke's Coffee

More Coffee Please.

4719 Harford Rd, Baltimore, MD 21214, USA

At Zeke’s, we use a fluid bed coffee roaster. Invented by Mike Sivetz, a physicist from Oregon in the 1970’s, fluid bed coffee roasters use hot air to create a fountain of coffee beans. We roast in small batches. It guarantees freshness. It keeps us honest. Our roaster holds 30 pounds of coffee, compared to the 150 pounds that a standard roaster holds. Because of this, we put more time, more labor, and a little more of ourselves into each bean. You can taste the difference.

What Others Are Saying

I like the environment here. We offer a variety of pastries to go with your choice of coffee. Yummy mushroom sandwich for my wife. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    Qualia Coffee

    Life without Coffee is Scary.

3917 Georgia Ave NW, Washington, DC 20011, USA

Qualia Coffee is a small-batch roaster located in Washington DC focusing on carefully sourced single-origin estate and micro-lot beans. Roasting frequently and in small batches allows us to emphasize the natural variety of coffees from around the world. Our "farmers market" approach, delivering all of our coffee to customers within three days of roasting, means we can focus on what brings out the most flavor in each bean without worrying about shelf life.

    What Others Are Saying

On our first morning in D.C., we discovered Qualia Coffee. A small, attractive storefront with seating (possibly in the Before Times? ), a counter with little baked goods, and a patio outback. We enjoyed the house coffee as well as the blueberry muffin and cheese/chive biscuit. During mid-morning, it was a beautiful and pleasantly cool patio. There is a nice selection of roasts here; we got a bag of Tanzania Kilimanjaro ground for us, and it has been very tasty.

    La Colombe Coffee Roasters

Changing the way we look at coffee.

201 M St NE, Washington, DC 20002, USA

Our founders Todd Carmichael and J.P. Iberti built La Colombe on a simple but ambitious mission: to make the world better through coffee. What started out as a vision for serving the best coffee to the country, became an opportunity to influence meaningful change around the world. This is how we plan to make a difference.

    What Others Are Saying

The coffee was fine, but the service was poor. When I walked, there was no one in the store, so I had to wait for the moment when two employees came out. The woman was a bit rude, and I scolded myself to verify if I had a tasting of my coffee and I need sugar. I took out the mask (I had more than 10 feet of someone) replaced my mask and replaced my mask. I understand that it will be cautious carefully, but when I was in a safe distance, I will replace my mask and I will not have a sign to describe the store office that does not know your coffee in the store was.

Fantastic coffee shop with a strong Ethiopian influence. There is nothing like it at a coffee shop. It's great to have a place highlighting Ethiopian coffee! Also here I got a very tasty everything bagel. It's a cozy, quiet shop (at least what I experienced there), and the service is excellent. The restaurant also serves Ethiopian food. As it was breakfast time, I wasn't able to try that, but I would like to someday. Hopefully, I'll be back soon. #sidamo #coffee #tea #Ethiopian #cozy #everythingbagel

Whether you popped in for a quick cup or want to linger over a classic cappuccino, we are thrilled that you’ve chosen to share your time with us.

The trickle (when it’s fresh) is a few of the leading I’ve had in the US but, too, like numerous places in the US small quality control. You fair got to capture it fresh. In case it’s been sitting there for some time, it’s fair at best. I wish they’d switch it out each so regularly no matter hence guaranteeing quality. Even in the you’re not into coffee, the naturally prepared cinnamon rolls on the ends of the week are worth a visit (more often than not accessible after 9-10am). Espresso isn’t my fashion but fairs an individual inclination as I like sweeter espressos. Theirs is strong on the off chance that you favor more ordinary styles.

    Philz Coffee

Bettering days, one cup at a time.

1827 Adams Mill Rd NW, Washington, DC 20009, USA

It all began in 1978 when Phil purchased a convenience store in the heart of the Mission District. He treated his customers with niceness and respect, always paying attention to their needs. He understood that if you put people first, you cannot fail. Phil loved experimenting with blends because it brought together different cultures and flavors. That love continues today, as our drinks continue to inspire new connections and possibilities.

    What Others Are Saying

Honestly, the coffee could be made at home, and the people are great. The location is great, but I always feel depressed when I see how bad the location is. Philz is ok, but the concept / coffee doesn't quite work for me. This ranking is due to the excellent service from the staff, as well as the excellent coffee. This ranking would be one star if coffee and concept were the only determinants.

When I visit new places, I love exploring cafes. My first time in DC last year, I found this very charming cafe on 18th street. A light breakfast was on the agenda. We ordered turmeric milk, brownies, butter croissants, and I don't exactly remember the name, but it was something coconut pie-like, but it was tasty. Even the turmeric milk was delicious. Our table was outside. We had a very nice server. I definitely recommend this place.
