Green Joe's Coffee Company

Taste expectations everywhere dropped

2915 Battleground Ave A, Greensboro, NC 27408, USA

Green Joe's knows where other coffee companies go wrong. As consumer demands grows, they respond by purchasing larger roasters, ones that hold anywhere from 40 to 200 kilos, to make more coffee. Unfortunately for them, they also compromise the taste of their beans.

What Others Are Saying

Good place for coffee. They have many varieties. Their menu of lattes and specialty drinks is not as extensive as Starbucks, but I ordered a mocha coffee for my husband and they are very enthusiastic. However, they have more types of coffee to choose from. I also like that they sell whole bean coffee. They also offer a variety of teas, such as Japanese Sencha and Bangkok Green Tea. They have some lovely desserts, but I didn't try them. I believe they are great! The service is good.

Originating from Seattle, I am a coffee fiend! I always order the best coffee you can find! After working out, I picked up an iced sugar-free hazelnut latte. It was so good! Also, I was impressed with the menu and options! I look forward to returning. Maybe I should have taken the lic before I drank it all...

Bean Traders

Have a laugh and Drink some bean.

105 W Nc 54 Hwy #249, Durham, NC 27713, United States

When Bean Traders first opened, most local independent coffee shops did not roast their own beans. Our name was chosen in part to let our customers know that we had more to do with our coffee than just store and brew. We took our bean from farm to cup, and had a hand in all the processes in between.

What Others Are Saying

There is no better place to drink coffee than here. On-site roasting of beans. That extra fifty cent is well worth it. Despite opening across the street, Starbucks closed its doors after a year. That's how good it is

What Others Are Saying

It has a range of excellent coffees you won't find anywhere else. There needs to be the same level of quality for the pastries. Both the cranberry scones and chickpea tartines had too much fun dough compared to the amount of cranberries and chickpeas inside. The outdoor seating area is great.

What Others Are Saying

I find that counter culture coffee always tastes delicious when it is warm, but once the temperature drops, the flavor disappears and the coffee becomes sour. I have tried five different coffees from you guys and they all taste the same. I have experienced intense tartness and sharpness when I have had espresso.
