Really Good Coffee!
Red Rock Roasters remains grounded in understanding the importance of paying people fairly for their hard work, recognizing excellence in green coffee production, and knowing that giving back to the community at both the local and global level is good for business.
What Others Are Saying
I thought I was popping into a coffee shop when I went in. But, I was pleasantly surprised to find the beautiful demo room of Red Rock Roasters. I was greeted by an owner who was very friendly and gave me a little background of their roasting machines, their beans, and some of their roasts. Scored some El Salvadorian honey process and got a taste of the dark roast, Black Magic. On my way out, I forgot my water bottle, but they ran it out to me! Such a nice family-run coffee roastery. Thank you again!

Minimal place, so we had to sit outside to get a table. Not their fault though. The coffee was great. Not many food options but the huge scone I had was very good. The register staff was super helpful. I'd definitely go back!

MORE THAN JUST A PRETTY COFFEE SHOP
At Napoli we want to give you the best coffee, sandwiches, pastries, and baristas that we are able to provide. We're not satisfied with where the bar for 'corporate' coffee shops is set so we aim to raise it. Our ingrediants are sourced as local as we can get our hands on and if you feel your morning cup has been a little lackluster then come on by and try a handcrafted cup at Napoli.

Nice little place. Looks cool inside (can't go in due to Covid-19). I was nicely greeted by a young lady at the window. I ordered one breve latte. The shots tasted delicious and smooth and the steamed half and it was okay. Overall the taste and presentation of the beverage were good. The price was a bit above average. But I like supporting locals so I hope to pay them a visit again to try other espresso beverages.

The excellent artisans of coffee.
All coffee is roasted on the premises. The whole bean selection includes coffees from over 18 countries of origin and 5 growing regions worldwide. We commit 5 cents for every pound of green coffee purchased to an organization called The Coffee Trust. This organization works with coffee farmers and their families in the Ixil region of Guatemala. They provide help in this community of 1300 families. They engage with local problems spanning from agriculture, nutrition, and economic diversity.

Lattes and espresso are great. The sweet in-house syrups are just right. Their cardamon syrup actually is well done. Great little window to order through if you don't want to go inside; also a great patio area. I highly recommend you to try Humble.

It was great to visit this place! For father's day, I threw a big party at noon. They originally told us to expect a one-hour wait since they were so busy. We were extremely hungry and wanted to find another place to eat. In the parking lot as we were driving away. Upon reaching the parking lot, the hostess told us that we can actually seat you in 10 minutes. The relief and gratitude we felt were overwhelming. Solomon, our server, was so patient with us and awesome. Our party was big, and having a big party is sometimes hard and needy. Without missing a beat, he handled the situation perfectly. I ate the gluten-free carrot cake, and it was delicious!
