The mocha I ordered was about $5, and it was great! Aside from pastries, they also made donuts upstairs, according to my observations. If you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping in for a coffee. Seeing the guys working there early in the morning had wonderful energy--it was great to see them! Furthermore, the shop doesn't have any indoor seating (it's a pretty small shop), but there are a few outside.

It has a range of excellent coffees you won't find anywhere else. There needs to be the same level of quality for the pastries. Both the cranberry scones and chickpea tartines had too much fun dough compared to the amount of cranberries and chickpeas inside. The outdoor seating area is great.

They roasted their own coffee and pulled their own shots. My unsweetened oak milk latte was one of the best espresso-based drinks I've had in a long time since many places have gone to automated push buttons. No bitter or green-tasting aftertaste, but rich, smooth, and full-bodied. Adding an extra shot made mine a little more enticing to the eye. I hope to return before my visit to Waxhaw ends. Oh! To enjoy their coffee, I would go out of my way.

It's the perfect place for an afternoon stroll! There is so much good coffee in this town, and I'm on vacation with friends from Atlanta. We were warmly welcomed by Kasey and Waylon and they had many tasty recommendations for us! I now have a new favorite drink thanks to Kasey: a cinnamon and honey latte. The table Waylon set up outside for me is where I can enjoy my coffee. (Furnishings and tables are closed because of the COVID). I will definitely return the next time I'm in town.
