We share a mission with others to give back to areas in need, in particular, countries and communities where we get our beans. So kids in Honduras and other places can get the schooling and tools to rise out of poverty. A very fair trade, indeed.

Customer service is terrible! The staff was not friendly at all, and the cashier was very rude. While taking my order, she looked and sounded so annoyed. After my order was ready, it was left on the counter; I assumed it belonged to me, so I had to go ask. I liked the coffee here, but I didn't like the service.

In the case of customer service, there was none. In between Kentucky derby watching and doing her job, the worker was more concerned about the Kentucky Derby.

There is such a bad attitude among the employees. No plans to return. We came here with my cousins, and the lady rolled her eyes as we walked in. She appeared to be annoyed by the fact we ordered anything else. The service was just bad in general.
